Parking is available for hotel and restaurant guests. Please use the parking spaces opposite the hotel.

Individual Reservations – Hotel Rooms
By making a booking, whether directly with the hotel or via a booking platform, a binding accommodation contract is concluded.
Cancellations or modifications are free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, no-shows or early departures, 100 percent of the booked stay will be charged.
The relevant date is the receipt of the written cancellation by email at the hotel’s official contact address.
Payment is due upon departure and can be made in cash or by card.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Group Reservations – Hotel & Restaurant
A reservation is considered a group booking:
- from 3 rooms or 6 persons in the hotel
- from 13 persons in the restaurant
A deposit of 50 percent of the agreed services is required upon confirmation. The reservation is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to release the reservation.
The remaining balance must be settled in cash or by card upon departure or on the day of the event.
Invoices are generally not issued for group reservations.
Exception: Seminars & Corporate Events
For seminars and corporate events, a deposit of 50 percent of the agreed services is also required. The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining balance will be invoiced exclusively if the booking is made by a public limited company (AG) or a limited liability company (GmbH). Sole proprietorships are not eligible for invoicing.
Payment term: 10 days net.
Cancellation Policy – Group Hotel Bookings
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
29 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50 percent of the agreed services will be charged.
From 13 days prior to arrival: 100 percent of the agreed services will be charged.
Changes in the number of participants are possible up to 14 days prior to arrival. After this date, the last confirmed number of persons is binding.
Cancellation Policy – Group Restaurant Bookings
Group bookings apply from 13 persons with a pre-selected menu.
Full cancellation of the event is free of charge up to 7 days prior to the event.
From 6 days prior to the event, 100 percent of the agreed services will be charged.
Changes in the number of participants are possible up to 4 days prior to the event.
From 3 days prior to the event, the last confirmed number of persons is binding. In case of reductions, the agreed services will be charged in full according to this number.
Increases in the number of participants are subject to availability.
