...things are getting WILD at Péz Regina, with delicious VENISON served until the end of October.

Wild, full of flavour and damn good.

Our venison menu brings the flavours of autumn to the table: seasonal, honest and straight to the point.

Begin with an autumn salad served with warm bacon and mushrooms, or enjoy our creamy pumpkin soup. Then it is time to venture into the wild: tender roe deer escalope in a creamy mushroom sauce, venison entrecôte with Swiss stone pine butter, traditional Hirschpfeffer venison stew, or our Péz Wildburger with a venison patty, Lumbrein cheese, chutney and lingonberries. Spaetzli, Brussels sprouts, red cabbage and glazed chestnuts complete the autumn experience.

And because no culinary journey through the wild should end with the main course, finish with our Nesselrode “Regina” or Péz in a Glass “Hubertus”, made with chestnut vermicelles, mascarpone cream and Kirsch.
